Agreement and service scope

These terms govern access to Trueinbox, a monthly email deliverability verification service available through trueinboxapp.com. The service provides syntax, domain, mailbox, risk, and reporting signals for lists supplied by the customer. Trueinbox provides decision-support information, not a guarantee of inbox placement, mailbox existence, engagement, or consent.

Accounts, trials, and activation

Each paid plan begins with a 14-day trial unless a different trial is stated at checkout. After checkout, an activation code is delivered by email, normally within five minutes. The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, protecting account credentials, and ensuring that each seat is used by an authorized person.

Billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The plan price shown at checkout is charged by Stripe after the trial or at the applicable renewal boundary. A plan change takes effect at the next billing boundary unless support confirms a different effective time. Taxes, failed-payment handling, and receipts are managed through the payment flow.

Acceptable Use

Trueinbox verifies email deliverability. Verify only lists you own or have consent to process. No scraping, no verification of harvested addresses. Customers must not use the service to build, enrich, validate, or distribute lists obtained without permission, and must not represent gray or unknown results as confirmed consent.

Accuracy and gray results

No verification is 100% accurate. Catch-all domains, temporary mailbox responses, rate limits, and provider behavior can produce unknown or risky outcomes. The customer remains responsible for sending decisions, suppression practices, and compliance with email, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws.

Data handling and retention

Uploaded lists are processed to provide the requested verification and are deleted after processing. Exported results should be stored securely by the customer. Trueinbox may retain account, billing, security, and audit records where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

Service changes and termination

Trueinbox may update features, limits, documentation, and policies as the service evolves. Material pricing or renewal changes will be communicated before they affect a future charge. Access may be suspended for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or violation of the consent-first acceptable use standard.

Liability and contact
