What exactly is Trueinbox?
Trueinbox is an email deliverability verification service. It checks syntax, domain, mailbox, and risk signals, then separates valid, invalid, risky, and unknown results.
Can I verify scraped lists?
No. Scraped lists are prohibited. Verify only lists you own or have consent to process; harvested addresses must not be uploaded or verified.
Is verification 100% accurate?
No verification is 100% accurate. Catch-all domains, temporary mailbox behavior, and other gray signals can produce unknown or risky results that should be reviewed rather than treated as certain.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Each plan starts with a 14-day trial. You can cancel before the trial ends; otherwise, the selected monthly subscription begins.
How do I get access?
After checkout, an activation code is sent by email, usually within 5 minutes.
Can I use results offline?
Yes. Verification results can be exported, and the clean export can be used in your own systems.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are supported. JavaScript must be enabled for cart and checkout interactions.
What is the difference between the four plans?
Glance is for single checks, Scan adds bulk CSV and risk grading, Audit adds scheduled re-checks and domain reports, and Prove adds API, webhooks, SSO, and team queues.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing boundary so the current verification allowance remains predictable.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel renewal before the next billing date. Access remains available through the paid period.
What is the refund policy?
Trial charges can be refunded if canceled before conversion. Renewal refunds are reviewed when the service was not used after renewal.
Is my uploaded list safe?
Uploaded data is used only to perform the requested verification and is deleted after processing. Do not upload lists you do not own or lack consent to process.
Which domain report metrics are included?
Audit and Prover report MX, SPF, and DMARC signals so domain configuration problems can be reviewed.
Is an API available?
Yes. API and webhook access are included with the Prove plan.
How many team seats are included?
Audit includes 5 seats. Prove includes 15 seats. Glance and Scan include 1 seat.
