Information we process
Trueinbox processes account contact details, billing references, support messages, product telemetry, and uploaded email lists needed to provide verification. Uploaded lists may contain email addresses and related fields selected by the customer. Customers should upload only the minimum data required for the verification task.
Consent-first list uploads
A customer must own the uploaded list or have consent to process it. Scraped, purchased, harvested, or otherwise unauthorized address collections must not be uploaded. Trueinbox may reject or delete data when a credible report shows that the customer lacked a lawful basis or permission to process it.
How uploaded data is used
Uploaded data is used only to perform syntax checks, domain checks, mailbox verification, risk grading, deduplication, reporting, and export preparation requested by the customer. Uploaded data is not sold, rented, used for advertising profiles, or added to a shared contact database.
Deletion after processing
Uploaded list data is deleted after processing is complete and the requested result has been made available. Short-lived security logs, fraud-prevention records, payment records, and legally required audit records may be retained separately under a limited retention schedule.
Payment and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Trueinbox does not store full card numbers. Hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics providers may process limited information under contractual safeguards so the site and service can operate.
Cookies and local storage
The static site stores the visitor’s cookie choice and demo cart contents locally in the browser. Declining optional cookies prevents optional preference storage, but strictly necessary security or payment cookies may still be used by payment infrastructure.
Rights and requests
Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data. Send requests to ceo@trueinboxapp.com. Identity and authority may need to be verified before account or list data is changed.
Security and international processing
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, including access limitation and secure transport. Because service providers may operate in more than one country, data may be processed across borders with applicable safeguards.
